SRMH is not an Automation, it is Humanation
When #HR turns “professional” in an #American way, it will #slot #people through a #system akin to what system does to an #inventory
The inventory is #inanimate. You stock it for #monetization and #scrap it when you find it #obsolete. You hardly #refurbish it
In Human #Relationship / #Talent #Management, you don’t treat Humans as Inventories. Here system based approach with heavy #biased #data would do more damage than help #improve things
#OneonOne #Engagement, #understanding the #emotionalposition of an #individual, giving appropriate #position and #environment for getting back his or her #potential, understanding his #currentsituation #empathetically etc are to be tried first for a better #intervention. Because Humans are #DivineEmbodiments with huge potential underneath for #unleashing; they aren’t not mere #objects
Do you #discard a #diseased person or take him or her to #hospital for #healthcare?
This lack of #empathy is the #bane of many #largecorporations who treat Humans as #Robots and not #Talents, as #CostUnits , not as #PotentialAssets, as #cogs in a wheel , not as #energy priming the wheel
When such #CHROs adopts #HRMS, they convert it into an #automatedsystem to #hire,#administer, #rate and #fire without any Human Elements in HR functions
